Calling all women and non-binary people looking to pursue a career in sports media!
Come along to this in person networking event in Melbourne/Naarm to meet some sports media superstars including members of the ABC Sport team and learn some tips and tricks about the sports media industry.
Are you studying? Starting out or transitioning careers? Looking to build your network? Want to get some feedback on your story ideas? Then this event is for you!

Time: 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm AEDT
Location: The Imperial Hotel, 2-8 Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000
Access: The Imperial Hotel is located near Parliament Station and has tram stops in front of the venue (routes 86 and 96). The Imperial Hotel is an accessible venue with a lift.
Cost: FREE!
This is a friendly space to meet experienced editors, producers, presenters, writers and content creators to share your goals, ask advice and meet new people.

This event will facilitate introductions with prompts and suggestions to avoid those awkward moments when meeting new people—we know networking can be intimidating! But this will be a relaxed and fun environment to help you build confidence and connections.
